I will be arriving a few days earlier (as per usual) to ensure that I am there & ready for you! I am flying into Heneda (HND) Airport as I found it to be more affordable.

Please note that the Narita International (NRT) Airport is most commonly used and may be what you find via United, especially flying out of EWR.

Flights vary daily. I am here for you every step of the way as I know this is a long flight, big purchase & can be slightly overwhelming. Reach out to me via text and I'm happy to assist you. Keep your eyes peeled & book when it is financially feasible for you & trust your intuition!

Please send me a copy of your passport via email ASAP. Please make sure it will not be expiring within 3 months of travel. (Jan 2025)

ACCOMODATIONS

We are staying at the Shibuya Excel Hotel in Tokyo and a beautiful traditional Machiya villa in Kyoto.

There are no single occupancy rooms for this trip. It is not the style of Japanese culture and we are staying at one of the most prime locations within Tokyo which is SUPER exciting! I will reach out to you with who your roommate is once the trip is fully booked. If you booked with a friend, obvi that's your roomie :) If you happen to be rooming with someone you do not know, please know that I have tons of experience and it's one of the best parts of the trip, having a bestie to create lifelong memories with.
