How do I pay?
Zelle or Venmo
Please make sure it does not go through as a business transaction & know I always do it this way to avoid extra processing costs as a small business :) I appreciate your support & trust in me & “Travel With Britt”. You can also pay cash if you plan accordingly to meet up with me in person. Checks not accepted.
How much yoga will we do?!
We will practice yoga at least once a day, but the form will vary. Some days it will focus on meditation and pranayama (breathwork), other days on asana (physical postures), and sometimes it will involve reflecting in our journals on the experiences we've had. The type of practice will depend on how the group is feeling each day, but yoga will be woven into everything we do and experience throughout the trip.
How do payment plans work?
A non-refundable deposit of $550 is required to secure your spot.
The remaining balance must be paid in full by March 11, 2025.
If you would like to set up a payment plan, please don't hesitate to contact me, and I’ll be happy to assist in arranging one that works for you. A lot of my students send money as they go!
How do I book my flight?
You will book your flight on your own and at your convenience, but I will provide suggested flights to help guide you. These flight options will be sent to you via email once your deposit is placed. Booking earlier will help you secure the best rates (most of the time) and if you have any questions or need assistance with the process, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
Where are we staying?
In Tokyo: Shibuya Excel Hotel
In Kyoto: An Airbnb
What’s included vs. what’s not included?
Everything is included aside from the following:
international flights to and from Tokyo
airport transfer to hotel upon arrival & upon departure back to airport
alcoholic beverages
2 lunches & 1 dinner
Will I know anyone on the trip?
You’ll probably recognize some familiar faces from my Instagram, yoga classes, or previous trips. Once our group is complete, I’ll set up a group chat so we can connect. One of the highlights of the trip is meeting new people and forming lasting friendships, so you might (& most likely) will come home with a new bestie from Japan!
